Tyson Bridger, Coach-Facilitator-Communications

Tyson helps companies and leaders maximise their commercial potential to the full by combining his broad range of experience in both the corporate and start-up worlds, with his ability to teach and coach the requisite skills.

He thrives on the range of commercial challenges that differing sized companies may face, whether they are seeking to commercialise new technology; smoothly integrate acquired companies; or for companies that seek to expand internationally. Tyson is motivated by having a positive impact on those he works with – and is also known for his wearing of remarkable shirts.

Tyson held senior marketing, sales and product management positions within Schlumberger in his 22 years with them. He learned how to create, deploy and maintain new digital and hardware technologies within a conservative energy industry. His favourite full-time role though was for IHS (now S&P Global) where he was responsible for driving business growth across the entire Energy sector. Since 2017 he has been an independent consultant.

Born in England and raised in apartheid-era South Africa, Tyson now lives in the heart of Oslo. He had the privilege of playing rugby for Norway, and receiving a ‘norgesmester’ award for sporting achievements with Stavanger Rugby Club.
