Privacy notice
What Mission Performance does with the personal information you send through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
This notice explains what Mission Performance does with personal information collected through this website (https://missionperformance.com): who is responsible for it, what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who is responsible for your information
Mission Performance Limited is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 04288784, at Unit 76, Fareham Innovation Centre, Merlin House, 4 Meteor Way, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, PO13 9FU, United Kingdom.
For anything in this notice, including a request to see or delete your information, write to info@missionperformance.com or to the address above.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the minimum needed to run the site securely.
- Enquiry and booking forms: your name, email address, organisation, phone number if you give one, the consultant you asked to speak to, and whatever you write in the message.
- Sample pack requests: your email address and organisation, so we can send the pack and follow up.
- Website measurement: aggregated page views and referrers through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not build an advertising profile of you or follow you to other websites.
- Hosting records: our host, Vercel, records the usual technical details of a request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the site available and to block abuse.
- Your display preference, if you switch the site's appearance. It is stored by your own browser and never sent to us.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in our cookie policy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information, ever.
- We do not ask for special category data — health, beliefs, and the like — through this website.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry, arrange a call, or send something you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and expect a reply, or we are taking steps to enter a contract with you.
- To run the site securely and reliably, and to understand which pages are useful. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in keeping our own website working and worth reading.
- To place the cookies our cookie policy describes. Cookies needed to make the site work rest on our legitimate interests; anything else needs your consent, and you can withdraw it in your browser at any time.
- To keep the business records the law requires us to keep. Our lawful basis is our legal obligations.
Who else sees it
What you send through a form on this site is written to this website's hosting logs, where the Mission Performance Limited team can read it. Beyond that, information reaches only the suppliers who help us operate — Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its analytics, and Resend, which carries the notification for a sample pack request — and our professional advisers where they need it. We share information with anyone else only where the law requires it.
Coach, our private thinking partner at coach.missionperformance.com, is a separate product with its own terms and its own privacy notice. Nothing said to Coach is visible to this website.
Where your information goes
We are based in the United Kingdom and deliver programmes worldwide. Some of our suppliers process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK law recognises, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to pick the conversation back up if you come back to us. If we go on to work together, we keep the records our contract and UK tax and company law require, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and ask us to send it to someone else in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to info@missionperformance.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or call the ICO on 0303 123 1113.
