Paul Chequer, Coach-Facilitator-Communications

Paul is a Senior Associate at Mission Performance, with 20 years’ experience in Executive Learning and Development. Alongside his prestigious career as an actor, he has helped Leaders to communicate value to key stakeholders, excel at managing work and team dynamics and resolve conflict.

Experienced in both 1-2-1 executive development and executive team coaching, he brings a studied and supportive approach to enabling mastery in communication and allowing people to excel in all stakeholder relationships, being true to themselves while meeting the needs of others.

An EMCC practitioner coach, certified NLP and Strengths Deployment Inventory practitioner, Paul draws together a wealth of experience and expertise to help Leaders and organisations get the best from themselves and each other.

Paul had a successful career as an actor for 20 years, working at the National Theatre, RSC and in the West End. He found TV success with the show ‘As If’ in the noughties as well as appearing in Sherlock, Torchwood and Whitechapel amongst others. He also starred in the film Tea with Mussolini with Judy Dench, Cher and Maggie Smith. He brings his passion for rehearsal and performance into his training work by enabling others to learn and explore new skills and strategies and to identify solutions that work best for them in a safe and positive environment.

Paul’s recent work includes Executive team coaching on group dynamics and collaboration, Leadership programs for young and aspiring Leaders,1-2-1 Executive coaching on communication and messaging. As well as global delivery on Sales, Presentation and Leadership programs. Clients include Google, The Premier League, SLB, The WHEB Group, Pivotal, and the NHS.
