Emma Turner, communications strategist

Emma is an Internal Communications and Engagement specialist, with 25 years’ experience working in-house in global organisations in the Energy and Maritime industries. She’s passionate about helping leaders and employees connect through creative and engaging internal communications that bring strategies and values to life and deliver positive outcomes for businesses and their people.

She prides herself on building collaborative relationships with Executive Teams to break down complex strategies and change programmes to create memorable and relatable communications and events that motivate and inspire leaders and employees.

With experience in leading global internal communications for acquisitions, transformation programmes, new strategy and values launches and organisational design initiatives, Emma can bring insight, clarity and empathy to the campaigns and events she creates.

Emma also has extensive experience in the end-to-end design, production and delivery of in-person, virtual and global hybrid events for up to 4,000 people. She works hard to ensure every moment of the agenda, and the supporting communications campaign, is impactful, engaging, aligned to business objectives and delivers a clear return on investment.
