مؤسسو الشركة هم من خريجي مركز تدريب الكوماندوز لمشاة البحرية الملكية. ويحملان فيما بينهما ميداليتي كوماندوز وسيف شرف واحد ووسام شرف للخدمة المثالية. وقد خدم كلاهما في جميع أنحاء العالم في تدريب وقيادة الفرق في مختلف المواقف.
وعند مغادرتهم لمشاة البحرية الملكية فازوا في سباقين استكشافيين إلى القطب الشمالي، وقاموا بتدريب وتدريب أربعة أساطيل من اليخوت والسيدات حول العالم، وعملوا في كل قارات العالم مع بعض من أنجح المنظمات في العالم، وقاموا ببناء فريق كبير من الممارسين المهرة الذين تم نشرهم على مستوى العالم على مدار العشرين عاماً الماضية وجمعوا مبالغ مالية غيرت حياة الكثيرين من أجل الأعمال الخيرية.
