Clipper Round the World Yacht Race
Mission Performance is the Learning and Development partner to the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. We help prepare the skippers and the crews to face the challenges of the race and to exploit the opportunities that it presents. We provide support pre, during and post race on all aspects of individual and team performance. The one design racing format means that it is the people that make the difference to performance on board- you can’t buy success you have to earn it.
This enables us to carry out research to capture the lessons of performance in what is the definitive VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. We are able to share these lessons and experiences with business leaders and teams through our Mission-Clipper experiential training. This approach combines experiential learning on the yachts with our research and the latest Learning and Development thought and insight. Click to read our brochure.
