Karen is an experienced learning and development consultant. She has developed and implemented numerous coaching and mentoring programmes as well as leadership and management development learning interventions. She created and implemented leadership, management and people development strategies for 9 years as an employed L&D professional before joining Mission.

Through her consultancy she has worked with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley and KPMG. Utilising her extensive business knowledge she has provided coaching services to senior leaders and developed and facilitated bespoke learning interventions. Karen specialises in working with organisations experiencing transitions, working with them to establish best working practice and implementing the supporting strategies.

Karen has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource management and is a Fellow of the CIPD. Karen is also a qualified project Manager and Level A & B qualified, certified by the British Psychological Society.

Her relocation to Southampton has allowed her to pursue more sailing, although this has meant that her snowboarding has taken a back seat. Aside from sailing and snowboarding she is passionate about food and travel.
