Passionate about her profession, Jane has a highly successful track record in the learning and development sector as a Training Consultant, an Executive Coach and a NLP Practitioner.

With a City based sales background and a Masters in European Politics, Jane also brings over a decade of experience in consulting and development, working with individuals, departments and top teams to develop and deliver specific performance improvement initiatives.

Jane's style of delivery ranges from one-to-one coaching through to facilitation, instructor-led training and keynote speaking. Recent client engagements include the delivery of sales and leadership programmes as well as diagnostics and coaching for a variety of blue chip organisations in media, finance and utilities. She comes highly recommended for her innate ability to inspire, motivate and deliver results.

When not conducting development initiatives, Jane's interests include yacht racing (Jane was watchleader on ‘London’ in the 2002 Clipper Round The World Yacht Race), skiing, opera and French cookery.
